- Name of project: Investing & building Pepper Sterilizer Processing Factory.
- Source of fund: Owner capital.
- Selection of bidder: open bidding.
- Time of selling bidding documents: from 9:00 am, 17th January 2012 to 9:00 am, 17th February 2012 (during working hours).

- Cost of a bidding documents: 500,000 VND (Five hundred thousand Vietnam dong only).
- Receiving place of bidding documents: the same as above.
- Deadline of submission: at 9:00 am, February 17th 2012 (local time).
- Bid security: All bids must be accompanied by a Bid security under the form of Bank guarantee or by cash presented to PITCO’s Financing and Accounting Division with the amount of 300,000,000VND or 14,000USD or 10,000EUR.
- The Bids shall be opened publicly at the Petrolimex International Trading Joint Stock Company at 9:30 am, 17th February 2012 (local time).
- Petrolimex International Trading Joint Stock Company invites representatives of the Bidders who submitted the bids to the bid opening ceremony at the time and place mentioned above.
